What Latch is

Latch is non-custodial software. We do not hold, pool, or control your crypto assets. Wallet keys created through Latch belong to you.

Account information

When you sign in (for example with email or a passkey), we process the identifiers needed to authenticate you, maintain your session, and associate on-platform progress such as completed learning modules and bot configurations you create.

On-chain activity

Blockchain transactions are public by design. Addresses and transfers you make may be visible on Solana explorers and to anyone who can see the public ledger.

AI tutor

If you use the AI tutor, messages you send may be processed to generate educational replies. The tutor is designed to refuse investment recommendations. Do not send secrets, seed phrases, or private keys in chat.
